Guide for professionals

How watch sellers can organize inventory and presentation cards.

A seller needs two related views of every watch: an organized internal record and a clear public presentation. Combining them carelessly can expose private or operational information.

Keep the internal record complete

Photographs, reference number, year, specifications, condition, accessories, service information, acquisition details and internal notes should be easy to locate for each available watch.

Create a consistent presentation

Cards can standardize the way available pieces appear across client messages and social channels. The visible fields may include photographs, specifications, condition, availability and price.

Control what is published

Supplier information, acquisition cost, private notes, full serial numbers and internal documents should remain separate from the card shared publicly or with a client.

How H4icons supports sellers

H4icons is being designed to help watch sellers prepare consistent presentation cards, publish available pieces on social media and keep the relevant data for each watch easy to find.
