Choose the audience first
A card for close friends, a collector community, a client or a public social account may need different information. Decide what the audience needs before selecting fields.
Use photographs and details selectively
Brand, model, year, specifications, a short story, condition or price may be useful. Serial numbers, purchase documents, acquisition costs and private notes generally belong outside the public card.
